I'm trying to connect my laptop (Vista) using a WUSB54GC. However, instead of asking for the network key, etc, I'm asked for un/pass AND a logon domain. What is the logon domain???

Are you in a home network or any other secured public network.

In some network we need to log on to the network by typing the user name and password.

It is the settings from Wireless Access Point and not from your WUSB54G. Please contact the network admin for more details.
