Sir,

@ Anoop

If you are looking for direct entry to second gazetted post (like Under Secretary and Deputy Collector ) in Kerala Government Service, you should opt for Kerala Administrative Service. You can read more about it by following the link below.

Hello Sir,I've an MBA degree and some experience and looking for a position in Kerala Government Service. But I'm having trouble figuring out what kind of position would be suitable with the kind of education and experience I'm used to.Can you kindly offer your input.
Alex George said…
@ Aparna

You should try for degree level examinations conducted by Kerala PSC. For example Kerala Secretariat Assistant, Company Assistant, Municipal Secretary etc are good choices.

Another golden opportunity is Kerala Administrative Service. Occasionally Kerala PSC invites applications from candidates who have MBA (with experience ) in certain subjects for senior posts in Government owned corporations. First step you have to do is to register on Kerala PSC official website and look for new exam notifications.

Alex George said…
@ Varun C P

You must appear for the OMR test. If you score more than cut off mark decided by PSC, they will put on the rank list according to the marks you scored. There is no interview, but the Public Service Commission will call you for a document verification process.

It is not a 2 level exam as per the gazette notification number 545/2017. There is no descriptive examination for this time.
