Eligibility Criteria For Kerala LDC Exam 2019

SSLC or equivalent is the educational eligibility criteria for Kerala LDC.

For those who have not this minimum qualification cannot attend the examination.

The minimum age to apply for the LDC examination is 18. The upper age limit to apply for the general category is 36 years.

For OBC, the upper age limit is 39 years. For SC/ST category, the upper age limit for LDC is 41 years.

Candidates must apply for Lower Division Clerk through One Time Profile on Kerala PSC official website.

You must use the user id and password to login to the website.

How to Join KAS After LD Clerk

If you are looking for KAS posts in Kerala Government Service, the LDC exam is a golden opportunity.

Once you have joined as the LD Clerk, you must wait for the completion of your probation period. Once the probation is over, you can apply for KAS through the Kerala Administrative Service exam Stream 2.

Kerala LDC Exam Pattern and Syllabus

It is an OMR based examination that includes 100 objective type questions.

The examination is for 75 minutes. The medium of the Kerala LDC test is Malayalam.

One correct answer will get one mark, but you will get negative marks for the wrong answer.

You will lose 0.33 marks for every wrong answer you mark. There are no negative marks for unanswered questions.
