How to start lanmanserver service to fix sharing issue
To fix the error "An error occurred while trying to share . The Server service is not started " we need to start the lanmanserver on your computer. The steps to start lanmanserver service are..
1. Click on start and go to command prompt
2. On command prompt type "net start lanmanserver" and press enter.
After starting the lanmanserver you will not face any issues in sharing your folder over a Local Network.

i hav tried this but it is result in in a error. "system error 87 has occured. the parameter is in correct"

When you are getting this error message?
Please note that you should exclude " " and type
net start lanmanserver
on the command prompt
when i try to start the server either by clicking on start or by typing "net start lanmanserver" on command prompt
You may use this command on command prompt to fix the network sharing issues.
net use
The syntax is
C:\>net use network name
I get this "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."
