Microsoft Bing provides an easy way to ping your website for MSNBot. To submit your website to Bing/MSN search engine spiders follow the steps below.
Steps to submit (ping) your website site map to Bing
1. Type the following code on the address bar of your web browser
http://www.bing.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?siteMap=
2. After the = sign type your sitemap url
3. After typing your website's sitemap after the code press enter.
For example , If I have a website with domain name X.com. The site map is at X.com/sitemap.xml and if I want to ping my website X.com to MSNBot.
On the address bar of my web browser I need to type:
http://www.bing.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?siteMap=X.com/sitemap.xml
After pressing enter your website will be pinged.

Yes Sinchu. We can submit the mome page of our website or blog to Bing directly using this link. But I suggest you to add your website sitemap in Bing webmaster center.
works fine...my website posts aren't index by bing.. any help will be good.
