Latest netbook from Samsung is Samsung NB30. Compared to previous netbook models Samsung improves some features in this netbook. Some of them are increased battery life ,hard disk drive (HDD) freefall sensor,water-tight seal around the netbook ,built in software etc. This particular netbook comes with pre-installed Operating System. Battery Life of Samsung NB30

Samsung claims the battery life of Samsung NB30 is 11 hours with some conditions. 11 hour battery life is possible by cutting down the energy consumption of NB30 by energy efficient LED display and the netbook's optimized processing performance. In addition to this Samsung’s proprietary Enhanced Battery Life solution helped them to achieve this 11 hour battery life. But in some NB30 reviews they says this 11 hour battery life is possible only if we are not running many processes at the same time.

NB30 is covered with water tight and scratch-resistant system and it assure the minimum damage in accidents compared to other models. Another nice feature of NB30 netbook is hard disk drive (HDD) freefall sensor. It lets the netbook to save data by automatically parking the HDD if the power is very low. The built in tools includes AnyPC( remote PC access application) and Phoenix FailSafe ( tool for tracking your PC when it’s stolen).
