Why Google Keeps Rejecting my Adsense Request and not Approving?

Yesterday one reader put a comment in one of my blog post "How much traffic needs to earn $100 from adsense". His comment is about getting new adsense account. He is from India (yea from my country) and he is trying hard to get adsense account for his blog but Google rejects his application every time. Most time he gets different reasons from Google adsense team and he is not sure what is the exact reason for this continues denial. His application is rejected and on the mail following reasons were written, "Insufficient Content" , "After reviewing your application, our specialists have found that it does not meet our program criteria" "Page type" etc He placed a link to his blog and I checked what is the reason. Though I am not an adsense guru (still trying hard to find how the system is working) in my best of understanding one website should have following qualities before submitting for new adsense application.

Tips to Approve your Website in Google Adsense

  1. Regularly updating
  2. Quality unique content
  3. Reasonable domain age
  4. Genuine website(not a made for adsense site)
  5. Potential for decent traffic in future
  6. In adsense compatible niches
  7. Avoid any black hat SEO methods to bring traffic
  8. Google loves content, make sure your website is content rich
  9. Having an about me page with sufficient blog owner details and privacy policy may help

For publishers from China, India etc, Google needs your website at least 6 months old to submit for Google adsense. It is because of Google's continues efforts to avoid "made for adsense" site owners joining adsense program. In addition to it, to build decent traffic and quality content webmasters need at least 6 months. So I feel Google's decision about domain age is right. Google adsense will not support certain niches where you can get more details about it from adsense terms of service. I do not think current traffic of a website is not a big deal while applying for adsense but they may consider the potential of your website to get traffic in future. Google should feel you are a genuine webmaster and doing business with you is mutually benefited. One more thing, even if your application is rejected keep building your website and apply again later.

You may use the petition link on your Adsense cancellation mail from Adsense team. If you have any genuine reason to tell, you can write it. Whatever, I am afraid you cannot do much more in this issue. It is because Google Adsense ban is a lifetime ban.

Hi,

I think you better remove other advertisements from your blog while submitting to Adsense. Just remove the Chitika ads and submit again. If Adsense approve your website, you can add Chitika ads later.
